Job Summary


Role Purpose:
Will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and
building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive
communicator with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.

Key Accountabilities

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services identify needs and generate interest.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and cold
calling strategies.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients throughconsistent follow-ups and personalized communication. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline track progress and update CRM with accurate information on leads and opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies share insights and contribute to overall business development goals.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on call activity lead generation results and

Technical Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in business development sales or investor relations sector with at least 2 yearsin a leadership role.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessin leadership roles with a demonstrated ability to drive results and inspire teams.
  • Deep understanding of investment products financial markets and client needs.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • A passion forinnovation learning and continuous improvement.
