Job Summary

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Engagement Intern to support day-to-day HR operations reporting communications and engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR administration people analytics employer branding and HR digital improvement projects while working closely with the HR team on both operational and project-based activities.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate and support employee orientation sessions HR meetings and workshops.
  • Take meeting minutes prepare notes and follow up on action items.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards (e.g. headcount turnover leave trends).

HR Communications & Materials

  • Prepare HR communications presentation decks and meeting materials.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and documentation.

HR Projects & Engagement

  • Support the HR department on special projects ad-hoc functions and HR events (e.g. career fairs).
  • Support planning and actively participate in the execution of yearly HR engagement initiatives including follow-up actions.
  • Assist in HR digital improvement projects and automation initiatives.
  • Assist with survey preparation administration and basic analysis for HR initiatives.
  • Support employer branding projects including materials preparation and coordination.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint; automation is an advantage).
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
  • Proactive positive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
