Job Summary
Role and responsibility:
Configure/Upgrade Nextgen Enterprise solution along with client specific components involved in upgrade.
Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) to ensure technical readiness of the solution/upgrade for production
Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices.
Must Have:
Experience in performing Enterprise upgrades with Allscripts/Cerner EHR Accounts
Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
Experience with MS-SQL Win Admin Networking
T-SQL Query Analyzer knowledge
Knowledge of writing / debugging stored procedures
Troubleshooting T-SQL code
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Degree.
Experience in Healthcare IT
Experience in Enterprise EHR Upgrades
Good communication skills
Knowledge/Experience of NextGen Enterprise EHR
Ability to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities.
Excellent organization communication and collaboration skills.
