Key Responsibilities
Manage complete documentation cycle for export and import shipments (air & sea).
Prepare and review commercial invoices bills of lading packing lists certificates of origin and statutory documents.
Process and verify E-Sanchit documentation and related compliance checklists.
Handle AD Code registration and related documentation procedures.
Ensure adherence to customs regulations trade policies and tariff classifications.
Coordinate closely with CHA partners exporters and internal field teams for seamless shipment clearance.
Communicate with customs officials to resolve documentation queries or clearance issues.
Address shipment holds discrepancies and compliance-related delays proactively.
Maintain organized records for audit reporting and regulatory reference.
Track duties taxes and clearance-related charges to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
Stay updated on changes in import-export regulations and government notifications.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of practical experience in customs clearance documentation (both export and import air & sea).
Strong understanding of customs procedures tariff codes and compliance documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word email communication).
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet timelines.
High attention to detail with strong coordination skills.
