Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled OpenShift Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for architecting designing building testing and deploying on-prem / private cloud infrastructure using Red Hat OpenShift on enterprise hardware platforms such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Dell Technologies.
The role requires strong expertise in Linux virtualization automation storage networking and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy container platforms using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and ensure platform security scalability and performance.
Manage day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations and production support.
Automate provisioning scaling upgrades and patching.
Perform incident problem and capacity management.
Work with OEM/vendors for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with engineering teams to introduce new services and features.
Maintain monitoring alerting and operational documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Strong expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift clusters.
Experience with server hardware configuration (ILO RAID storage).
Solid networking knowledge (DNS routing firewall concepts).
Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
Scripting knowledge in Python / Bash.
Experience in VM live migration backup & restore and upgrades.
Understanding of Git SSO and monitoring systems
