Job Summary
The HR Sourcing Specialist will focus on sourcing and screening talent across multiple roles while supporting the recruitment team in building a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Source profiles using job portals LinkedIn referrals and social platforms
- Apply Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackers
- Build and manage talent pipelines for recurring requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support
- Strong knowledge of job portals LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
- Good communication coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
