Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Shift Timing: 3.00AM to 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Type: Full Time

About the role: We are seeking a skilled EDI Integration Specialist to lead the implementation configuration and ongoing support of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations across our ERP platform and trading partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in EDI standards integration tools and core business processes with exposure to cloud-based ERP systems. Familiarity with NetSuite is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation configuration and support of EDI integrations
Manage EDI transactions using standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
Integrate EDI with ERP systems and external trading partners
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission and data mapping issues
Collaborate with business IT and external partners to define EDI requirements
Support critical business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Ensure data accuracy compliance and operational reliability across integrations
Document integration flows mappings and support procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12 EDIFACT)
Experience with EDI integration tools and middleware platforms
Solid understanding of ERP-driven business processes (O2C P2P)
Experience working with trading partners and third-party vendors
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support business-critical integrations

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems
Basic working knowledge of NetSuite is a strong advantage
Experience in multi-partner high-volume EDI environments
