DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Regional Sales Manager- Karnataka & Kerela within our Biosciences Division (BID) where youll support revenue growth and contribute to serving science. As part of our multibillion-dollar Biosciences business with thousands of colleagues worldwide youll be at the forefront of scientific this role youll develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of innovative products and services including leading reagents instruments and consumables that serve as essential building blocks for scientific advancements and new medicines.
Working in a supportive environment that values performance and innovation youll oversee sales strategies maintain strong customer relationships analyze market trends and ensure your team achieves or exceeds sales and profitability targets. Youll collaborate across functions to optimize customer solutions while fostering a culture of inclusion continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree plus 8 years of experience in sales in life sciences laboratory products or related industry
Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences Business or related field
2 years of sales team management experience preferred
Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience using CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and data analytics tools
Demonstrated leadership abilities with focus on coaching and developing teams
Excellent strategic planning and business analysis capabilities
Strong negotiation and pricing management skills
Effective presentation and communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key customer relationships
Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies
Experience managing distributor and channel partner relationships
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Demonstrated experience implementing change and supporting continuous improvement
Strong project management and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive collaborative work environment
