Lead the integration of service design into the overall business strategy and contribute to shaping the clients organizational vision.
Identify and articulate strategic opportunities for enhancing the overall service experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management development marketing and business strategy to ensure the seamless integration of service design into all aspects of the clients organization.
Oversee and guide advanced user research initiatives leveraging qualitative and
Explore and champion emerging trends technologies and design methodologies to push the boundaries of service design.
Foster a culture of innovation with the XRD team and Vervint.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Ensure high-quality design deliverables by conducting regular design reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Uphold design standards and best practices across all projects.
Translate research findings into actionable design strategies and opportunities for innovation.
Mentor and inspire other designers within XRD providing guidance on complex projects and fostering professional development.
Engage with stakeholders to align design initiatives with broader business objectives.
Present design strategies concepts and business impact to clients.
A strong grasp of human-centered design methodologies.
Proficiency in software development methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Kanban.
Comfort with ambiguity a desire to empathize and resilience to adapt and flex as needed.
Great communication collaboration and relationship-building skills; ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to fluidly move across client accounts.
Comfortable managing priorities and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to navigate conflict and offer (and accept) constructive feedback.
Thoughtful decision-making skills and the ability to discern when to call on others for support.
A self-directed working style with an ownership and accountability mindset.
Awareness of relevant industry trends and best practices.
Deep curiosity and the willingness to try learn and iterate.
Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the teams success.
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio that reflects your experience designing applications experiences websites products and services that balance user needs business objectives and technical constraints.
