POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Operations and Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Talent teams daily operations recurring processes and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Canada Director People Experience and Talent Strategy and the Canada Director Talent Advisory and working closely with the broader Talent team this position is responsible for coordinating a variety of projects and administrative tasks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent function.
This role ensures the smooth execution of annual talent processes governance activities and strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support the Firms talent priorities. The Coordinator will be instrumental in drafting communications ensuring adherence to timelines for projects and deliverables supporting financial and budgetary processes creating presentation templates organizing meetings and ensuring seamless project execution across the Talent team.
This dynamic role involves coordination and prioritization of multiple project activities across different facets of the Talent function including talent acquisition performance management leadership development and employee experience initiatives. As such the position requires adaptability strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage diverse priorities and timelines within a fast-paced environment.

The target salary range for this position is $60000 $70000 commensurate with the successful candidates skills experience and qualifications.
