The Senior Project Manager will oversee large and complex system projects ensuring successful integration between systems using various technologies. This role requires strong leadership and experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders particularly in multi-jurisdictional environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience with systems that integrate with corporate financial systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex system projects.
- Oversee integration between large systems using a variety of technologies.
- Lead cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholders including those in multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Perform Senior System Business Analyst activities such as workshop facilitation requirements elicitation requirements prioritization process flow design business capability modeling quality control testing and system documentation.
- Manage large and complex system projects.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Written and spoken competence in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with large and complex system projects.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years leading projects that use Azure DevOps for release management.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Recent experience (in the last five years) in a Senior Business Analyst role for projects of significant complexity.
- Recent experience (in the last five years) in a Project Manager role for projects of significant complexity.
- Demonstrated experience performing Senior System Business Analyst activities.
- Demonstrated PM experience working with and leading cross functional business and technical teams that include a mix of in-house and external resources and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects dealing with multi-jurisdictional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with systems that integrate with a corporate financial system.
- Recent experience developing or supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies.
- Demonstrated experience with SNB-IT Project Management and Solution Delivery Framework or other similar frameworks.
- Recent experience (in the last five years) in a Senior Business Analyst role for projects of significant complexity.
- Recent experience (in the last five years) in a Project Manager role for projects of significant complexity.
