So what does a Finance Specialist really do Think of yourself as one of the people who will support the billing team by analyzing financial data generating actionable insights and recommending optimizations so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best after all we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you have to work with the billing team to translate data into understandable insights develop reports and work with business partners to interpret results.

As a Finance Specialist you will:

• Extract and summarize data from multiple sources

• Examine data to derive practical insights and drive business decisions

• Work closely with the billing SPOC to provide inputs and insights from the data analysis that you will be performing

• Get cross trained and learn billing/invoicing activities and support the billing team as per business needs

• Create reports and collaborate with stakeholders to understand the findings

• Support and implement strategies to enable the company to meet its financial goals

• Partner with Accounting to support continuous enhancement of the monthly reporting processes

Do you have what it takes to become a Finance Specialist

Requirements:

• 1 years of finance experience specifically in Accounts Receivable and knowledge of billing/invoicing processes

• BPO industry experience is highly preferred

• Self-motivated organized and accountable with ability to balance time and meet deadlines

• Resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations

• Savvy/analytical mind with ability to decipher data quickly

• Advance skills in MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet

• Familiarity with Oracle/ERP is a plus

• Billing experience is an advantage
