About the Role
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of our Recruitment Solutions business. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in B2B sales lead generation and consultative selling within the staffing and talent acquisition industry.
As an SDR you will be responsible for identifying researching and engaging potential clientsprimarily startup founders HR leaders Talent Acquisition heads and hiring managersand generating qualified leads for our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients (startups tech companies SMEs enterprises) who require recruitment and talent acquisition services
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn job portals databases and other online tools
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls emails LinkedIn messages and follow-ups
Client Engagement & Qualification
Initiate conversations with decision-makers (Founders HR Managers TA Heads CHROs)
Understand hiring needs business challenges and talent requirements
Qualify leads based on hiring urgency role types and decision-making authority
Schedule meetings or hand over qualified opportunities to senior sales or leadership teams
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system
Track leads follow-ups and conversion status
Share daily/weekly reports on outreach responses and qualified leads
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with recruitment consultants and leadership to understand service offerings
Learn recruitment industry terminology hiring models and client expectations
Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging based on feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
02 years of experience in sales business development inside sales or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
Strong interest in B2B sales recruitment and consulting services
Basic understanding of corporate structures and decision-makers
Good to Have
Exposure to recruitment staffing HR consulting or SaaS sales
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM tools or lead databases
Familiarity with startups tech hiring or B2B services
