Role Objective
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sales activities through calls and emails. The role involves communicating with industrial customers understanding their requirements sharing quotations and suggesting suitable products to support overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling email communication and online research. - Client Communication & Follow-ups:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound sales calls to introduce Siddhi Filter Medias product range. Prepare and send professional emails to clients daily ensure regular follow-ups and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process. - Quotation & Proposal Management:
Prepare share and follow up on product quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams. - CRM & Data Management:
Maintain accurate customer records interaction history and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system. Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation data management and report preparation. - Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with field sales production and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. - Market Research & Reporting:
Track competitor activities and pricing trends identify new business opportunities and submit daily reports covering calling activity client follow-ups and overall sales interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in inside sales telesales or customer support (B2B or manufacturing experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and support deal closures.
- Self-motivated organized and willing to learn.
