Job Summary

Position: Manager – Sales & Marketing (Logistics – Backend Operations)

Location: Calicut

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Sales Marketing or Operations

Experience: 8–10 years of Relevant Experience Prior Experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Transportation Companies.

Salary: 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
2. Identify and acquire new clients for logistics services (freight transportation warehousing last-mile delivery etc.)
3. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Design and conduct sales training programs for sales executives and call center teams
5. Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote logistics services
6. Manage branding brochures presentations and promotional materials
7. Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook etc.)
