Job Title: Business Development Associate Recruitment Services
About the Company
We are a growing recruitment agency helping companies hire quality talent faster and more efficiently. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for bringing in new client companies and representing our brand professionally on LinkedIn and other channels.
Responsibilities

Research and build a list of target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and other tools.

Connect with founders HR and hiring managers on LinkedIn pitch our recruitment services and book intro meetings.

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and share our service offerings pricing and process.

Maintain an organized lead pipeline and update all activities in CRM/Excel (connections calls follow-ups status).

Prepare and deliver company presentations proposals and simple performance reports using PowerPoint.

Support LinkedIn marketing by suggesting content ideas drafting posts and sharing success stories/case studies.
Requirements
- p:pt-0 &>p:mb-2 &>p:my-0>
0-1 year of experience in business development / inside sales / recruitment sales (freshers with strong skills can be considered).
- p:pt-0 &>p:mb-2 &>p:my-0>
Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident client-facing presence.
- p:pt-0 &>p:mb-2 &>p:my-0>
Proven experience using LinkedIn for lead generation outreach or sales will be a strong plus.

Good PowerPoint and presentation skills; ability to create clear professional client decks.

Self-motivated target-oriented and comfortable with daily outreach & follow-up routines.
