Job Summary

Backend Engineer MLOps Platform (AWS)

Experience

5 years of professional experience in backend web development using Python
Hands-on experience building and operating production-grade backend systems
Experience working in cloud-based environments preferably AWS

Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
Experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask Django or FastAPI
Experience with WSGI/ASGI web servers (Gunicorn Uvicorn etc.)
Solid understanding of asynchronous and concurrent programming (AsyncIO)
Experience with unit and functional testing frameworks
Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS preferred)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices
Ability to collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams
Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call rotations

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka client development in Python
Experience with MLOps platforms (AWS SageMaker Kubeflow MLflow)
Experience with big data processing frameworks especially Apache Spark
Experience with container orchestration platforms (AWS ECS AWS EKS)
Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform Jenkins)
Knowledge of Python packaging and distribution tools (Wheel PEX Conda)
