Sr ASPICE - System Engineer

Experience into Testing with any of the below domains like media/audio/BT/HMI/Cluster.
System Requirements technical Product Ownership for assigned program
o Develops system functional/performance specifications based on customer and other stakeholders specifications to clearly and concisely capture what is required of the product.
o Drive and own SRS requirements and traceability through Design Development and Test through an end product driven approach (Test Driven Approach)
o Documents and maintains product requirement exceptions.
o Identifies risk level associated with new feature development based on requirements status.
o Aware of all relevant Federal Standards industry standards and internal standards and ensures that resulting designs will satisfy these requirements.
o Drive reuse: Lead the development of reusable internal requirements identifying synergies and opportunities for design reuse.
o Champions problem solving/lessons learned for assigned program(s)/domain(s)
o Responsible for developing and executing requirements baseline management process for project
o Accountable for Requirements metrics targets
Stakeholder (CPM / Customer) management
o Customer Program Management (CPM) focal point for Requirements Engineering Technical topics for assigned program(s)/domain(s)
o Maintains Master Document List
o Maintains organized repository of both customer and 3rd party requirements specifications
o Generate Requirements Analysis Report (RAR) to CPM for new spec package deliveries
o Supports the sales organization in the business development phase of a program as part of proposal activity by analyzing customer RFQ specifications and developing technical impact analysis and compliance matrix.
Change Request Requirements Management
o Responsible for change control management of the project requirements database.
o Champion Change Request impact analysis and provides results to appropriate stakeholders.
o Ensures change requests are implemented in the requirements specifications (once approved)
Requirements Open Issues Management
o Captures issues that arise from requirements development and downstream activities
o Triages issues based on severity and urgency.
o Interfaces with Functional Owners and other stakeholders to drive resolution of requirements open issues
Process/Tools
o Ensures compliance to ASPICE level 3
o Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for improvements in tools and process
o Responsible for developing Requirements strategy for assigned program(s)/domain(s) in compliance with ASPICE.
