- Solid testing discipline (JUnit/Mockito/Test containersor equivalents) and familiarity withobservability(logs/metrics/tracing).
- Experience withGitand a modernCI/CDtoolchain (GitHub Actions GitLab CI Jenkins etc.).
- Effective communicator: able to collaborate inagile teamsand write cleanmaintainable code.
GoodtoHave (Preferred) - Frontend:JavaScript/TypeScript and React(building simple UIs or admin consoles).
- Messaging/Streaming:Kafka/Kinesis/SQS/SNS.
- Infrastructure as Code:Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK.
- Kubernetes (EKS) and service mesh (e.g. Istio) fundamentals.
- Security/Compliance:OWASP OAuth2/OIDC JWT; secrets rotation.
- Data & Caching:Redis/ElastiCache connection pooling query tuning.
- Build Tools:Maven/Gradleexpertise and multi-module project experience.
- Domain knowledge:E-commerce order management inventory payments or digital experiences.
