The Site Coordinator for the NES Kids Club plays a key leadership role in ensuring the care safety and well-being of elementary-aged children. This position oversees daily before and after school programming through on-site supervision staff leadership and clear consistent communication while maintaining a structured schedule of engaging and age-appropriate a typical day the Site Coordinator provides guidance and support to both staff and students manages day-to-day administrative responsibilities maintains the program space and materials and fosters strong collaborative relationships with families and school district partners. Site Coordinators serve as the primary leaders at their site and are essential to creating a positive supportive and enriching program ideal candidate brings a strong sense of empathy knowledge of elementary-aged children and demonstrated leadership skills along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced child-centered is $31 an hour based on experience. Approximately 27-30 hours a week during the school year including work on-site during all after school programming hours and coordinating early morning programming.
