Job Summary

Job Title: Club builder fitter
Location: Lenexa KS
Schedule: Full-time (On-site)

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Builder and Fitter located in Lenexa KS. The Club Builder and Fitter will be responsible for fitting customizing and assembling golf clubs to meet client specifications performing detailed club fittings using Trackman launch monitors to enhance player performance and maintaining a high standard of quality control in all products. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a professional and efficient service environment. This role requires hands-on work and close collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Eperience/Skills in golf club fitting assembly customization and maintenance
Proficiency in club fitting techniques and knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service
Problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs
Basic technical and mechanical aptitude
Passion for golf or experience in the golf industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in club fitting or repair are an advantage
