Job Summary
- 10 plus years of experience as Scrum master & Project coordination.
- SAP domain knowledge - Required.
- Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) or SAFe certification - mandatory.
- Manage the project timelines effectively and coordinate with team and stakeholders.
- Multi skilling with strong written aand verbal skills for interacting with diverse groups.
- Accountable for the correct implementation of the Agile Process. Protect the team from external interference.
- Facilitate technical assistance to the team and enables clear communication amongst the team members.
- Provide feedback on the team members performance to the Agile Line manager and Agile Program Leader.
- Create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team on the proper adoption of Agile processes (Scrum / XP / Kanban).
- Provide inputs to the Line manager for internal quality forums (QIC / APR / QBR / MBR etc.)
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
