Job Summary

10 plus years of experience as Scrum master & Project coordination.
SAP domain knowledge - Required.
Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) or SAFe certification - mandatory.
Manage the project timelines effectively and coordinate with team and stakeholders.
Multi skilling with strong written aand verbal skills for interacting with diverse groups.
Accountable for the correct implementation of the Agile Process. Protect the team from external interference.
Facilitate technical assistance to the team and enables clear communication amongst the team members.
Provide feedback on the team members performance to the Agile Line manager and Agile Program Leader.
Create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team on the proper adoption of Agile processes (Scrum / XP / Kanban).
Provide inputs to the Line manager for internal quality forums (QIC / APR / QBR / MBR etc.)

Should be flexible to work in shifts.
