Program Support Team Executive

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for first line support of program within 3 day KPI

• Manage escalations to resolution

• Generation and Distribution of all renewal processes from central tea

• New Applications Once passed by Sales team process through to onboarding

• License renewal management

• Creation and Maintenance of Global Reporting Requirements

• Coordinating with PSM and Support Team members to ensure quality level of service at all times

• Escalation of issues to Management and others and management of issue to resolution

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Highly numerate

• Time management and prioritizing skills

• Good communication skills

• Very good level of English

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

• Interpersonal Skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• IT industry knowledge Channel Vendors Programme and Competition would be an advantage
