Based in Ovar you will provide Health & Safety and administrative support to the Portuguese Sales Affiliate
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Health & Safety matters and provide all necessary H&S documentation including the project-specific safety plans
- Assure that all executed activities and processes follow QHSE standards policies instructions and local legislation
- Issue Sales Orders Purchase Orders Production Orders Invoices and similar documents via the ERP (SAP/InforLN)
- Liaise with Clients to assess availability to receive materials and schedule assemblies
- Request transports to Logistics
- Subcontract assembly teams
- Follow-up the projects execution to assure Production Logistics and Assembly lead times
- Other general administrative tasks
Qualifications :
- Level 6 certification in Health and Safety
- Previous experience in similar tasks
- Knowledge of MS Office tools namely Outlook Excel and Teams and ERPs (SAP and/or InforLN is a plus)
- English language skills both written and verbal
- Organized proactive team-player with excellent communication skills
- Resident in Ovar or near
