YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You own end-to-end lead management for our B2B Sales Division optimizing lead generation allocation and prioritization to maximize revenue and conversion rates
You identify and evaluate new lead sources and channels continuously expanding our corporate customer pipeline
You optimize lead allocation processes to ensure the right leads reach the right sales teams at the right time maximizing conversion efficiency
You monitor and analyze lead performance metrics (volume quality scores conversion rates revenue per lead time-to-conversion) and implement data-driven improvements
You partner closely with sales marketing and tech teams to refine lead scoring routing logic and qualification processes
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B lead management marketing operations or sales operations with hands-on ownership of corporate lead pipelines
- Performance & Optimization: Strong track record in optimizing lead funnels improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth through lead quality scoring and allocation strategies
- Data & Processes: Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems lead scoring models and translating data insights into scalable process improvements; experience with AI-driven automation is a plus
- Soft Skills: Proactive execution-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales marketing and tech teams to implement lead management initiatives and deliver measurable impact
- Language & Education: Fluent in English to collaborate with international stakeholders; German is a plus; Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics or a related field
