Location: Lisbon (hybrid 2x office)

Ideal Profile

Minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure with 3 years in technical leadership and architecture roles
Background as a SysAdmin/Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer with growth into a Tech Lead role
Relevant experience in technology project management or coordination within PMOs
Strong knowledge in:
- Hybrid environment architecture (on-prem Azure and/or AWS)
- Virtualization (VMware Hyper-V) networking security and storage
- Microsoft services (AD M365) Linux backup and monitoring
- Automation with PowerShell Bash Python (ideally Ansible or Terraform)
- Storage and backup (Veeam NetApp Dell EMC etc.)
- Networking (DNS DHCP VPN routing firewalls)
Experience with team management or technical mentoring
Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
English level B2 or higher (documentation technical meetings)

Plus (not mandatory)

Certifications such as AZ-104 VMware VCP RHCSA Veeam VMCE
Experience with CI/CD containers (Docker Kubernetes) DevOps
