Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Istanbul Türkiye. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and lead the food and beverage team including hiring training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team considering local and international food trends
- Oversee inventory management cost control and budgeting for the F&B department
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
- Coordinate with other departments to support events and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Restaurant Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in high-volume restaurants or hotels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in financial management budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in menu planning development and pricing strategies
- Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Food Safety Certification
- Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and international food trends
- Understanding of local food and beverage regulations
- Fluency in English
