The mission of the Senior Business Application Manager is to support decision-making and business processes by ensuring functional support for a portfolio of Business Applications and by championing their continuous improvement and constant alignment with Business needs.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be fully responsible for projects to enhance the IS architecture and implementing them throughout the project life cycle and control their implementation.
- Be responsible by building documentation and mapping the respective requirements.
- Provide end-user functional support in a timely and efficient manner - address incidents and requests to external providers
- Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using HR Tools data
- Monitor and execute production tasks (e.g. data quality controls and reporting)
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in PowerBI Desktop and experience in datamodeling projects
- Microsoft Excel
- ITBusiness/IT relationship
