About the Role

A leading international organization is looking for an ApplicationFunctional Support Engineer to join its Application Support Teamsupporting critical ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury)operations.

In this position you will play a key role in ensuringbusiness continuity by handling production incidents providing technicaland functional support and assisting end-users directly on the tradingfloor. You will be involved in troubleshooting booking issues andmonitoring investment activities across Forex Equity Money Market Bondsand Derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline application support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional production issues
• Support trading floor users with booking issues and deal monitoring
• Ensure smooth monitoring of investment deals (Forex Equity Money Market & Derivatives)
• Perform incident management (analysis resolution communication follow-up)
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to improve application performance and user experience
• Maintain and update support documentation processes and user guides
• Produce clear functional instructions and knowledge base content for internal teams

Required Technical Skills

• UNIX (Expert)
• SQL (Intermediate / Practical)
• Financial Markets knowledge (Expert) ALMT bonds FX passive assets
• Ksh / Bash scripting (Basic knowledge)
• Dynatrace / Autosys (Basic knowledge)

Languages

• English Expert (mandatory)
• French Notions (nice to have)
