Position : Performance Marketing Specialist
Location : Thrissur
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and run ads on Google Bing Facebook LinkedIn Instagram and other platforms.
- Manage budgets and spend money wisely across different ad channels.
- Track and improve ad performance using key metrics like CTR CPA and ROAS.
- Explore and test new advertising platforms and creative ideas to grow results.
- Lead and support a team of digital marketing executives.
- Work with teams like design content and product to align on marketing goals.
- Build and manage audiences for retargeting and prospecting.
- Use tools like Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for tracking and targeting.
- Report weekly monthly and quarterly campaign performance.
- Keep marketing budgets on track and forecast spending.
- Stay updated on new marketing tools trends and strategies.
- Work with external agencies when needed for specific campaigns.
- Focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) from all paid channels.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum years of hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in running multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Experience in handling budgets and reporting campaign results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
(MBA or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus!) - Certifications like Google Ads Facebook Blueprint or similar are an advantage
