Qualifications Required:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 3 years management experience in residential childcare
Must have experience managing an EBD setting

Base Salary: Up to 55000
(Dependent on holding Level 5 qualification & 3 years management experience)
Referral / Occupancy Bonus:
Up to 6000 for homes with fewer than 3 beds
Ofsted Bonus:
3000 for Outstanding
1500 for Good
Total earning potential: Up to 64000 per annum
We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new EBD childrens home through registration and beyond.
You will be:
Experienced in managing Ofsted-registered EBD homes
Strong in trauma-informed and attachment-based practice
Capable of leading mentoring and developing a stable staff team
Knowledgeable in meeting Ofsted Fit Person requirements
Resilient emotionally intelligent and child-focused
