Summary:
As the Deputy Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of Mulberry Junction a single homeless Hub. This role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a co-produced psychologically informed and trauma-informed support service. You will provide innovative management in a fast-paced community-facing environment aimed at preventing and tackling homelessness through person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate staff performance through probationary assessments appraisals and sickness absence procedures
- Ensure accurate recording and management of service user information to monitor outcomes.
- Support the Service Manager with Health and Safety compliance building management tasks and financial procedures including petty cash and budget reviews.
- Maintain a co-located multi-disciplinary environment by working closely with statutory and voluntary partners (e.g. Street Outreach Health & Safety and Housing Needs teams).
Essentials:
- Personal experience or a deep understanding of issues affecting vulnerable homeless populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel) and the ability to handle numerical/financial data accurately.
- Knowledge of safeguarding domestic violence and health and safety policies.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a Basic DBS
