About Role

SAP Labs is seeking a motivated SAP Basis Administrator with 5 - 10 years of experience to deliver consistent high-performance SAP systems that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will provide 24x7 support on a rotational basis ensuring system health performance and security across diverse SAP landscapes.

What youll do:

• Provide 24x7 rotational support for critical SAP systems (including night shifts)
• Monitor SAP applications using Focused Run (FRUN) or Cloud ALM identify issues and provide recommendations
• Regular interaction with customers for day-to-day operations
• Periodic report preparation and presentation w/ customer
• Handle incidents and service requests for timely resolution (adhering to stringent SLAs)
• Perform system health checks (production/non-production) to ensure availability and performance
• Manage data growth monitoring ensure robust security monitoring updates and compliance
• Administer transport management via ChaRM or CTMS
• Support batch jobs interface and channel monitoring
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver root cause analysis (RCA)
• Maintain accurate system documentation configurations and maintenance records

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 10 years of SAP Basis experience in medium to large-scale environments
• Graduate in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related fields
• Experience across multiple SAP products
• Excellent PowerPoint and excel skills
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP Basis certification is mandatory
• Self-driven with strong learning agility

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team player with a proactive approach
