Job Summary
Our international pharmaceutical logistics partner is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to take on the role of Site QA Specialist Qualified Person / Responsible Person within its GMP/GDP-regulated secondary packaging and distribution this strategic quality position you will oversee the full quality system of a pharmaceutical distribution center ensure regulatory compliance and act as the primary QA contact for clients authorities and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill all responsibilities and obligations assigned to the Qualified Person / Responsible Person under applicable national regulations
- Ensure adherence to GMP requirements during pharmaceutical repackaging operations and manage documentation required for the release or rejection of repackaged products
- Provide quality oversight of the secondary packaging site and all wholesale distribution activities performed at the facility
- Operate maintain and continuously improve the site quality management system
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all QA-related matters including deviations complaints change control and CAPA management
- Conduct GxP training sessions ensure training compliance and supervise QA-related learning activities
Key Requirements:
- University degree in Pharmacy (required)
- Relevant experience meeting the qualification criteria for QP/RP nomination
- Proven track record in a similar QP/RP role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong experience with authority inspections audits and related preparation activities
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English
- Agile proactive personality with strong communication and client-facing skills
