What Youll Do:
- Provide timely support via phone chat and email for IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot desktop application and mobile device issues (iOS/Android)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and access issues
- Take ownership of incidents ensuring swift and successful resolutions
- Collaborate with experts for fast problem resolution
- Document solutions for future reference and escalate as needed
- Manage incidents while adhering to KPIs and service management principles
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in French (C2) with strong English skills (B2)
- Experience in L1-L2 IT Support preferably in Application Support/Software Development
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with SDLC databases and OS components is a plus
