Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader for our Global Top 10 innovative pharmaceutical partner company for a Sales Manager position (with a full-country scope) to lead a newly forming team. The ideal candidate has previously led teams representing Rx products.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of medical representatives with professional and direct managerial responsibility for the work of the assigned representatives.

  • Responsibility for achieving and monitoring team goals.

  • Regular dual visits trainings and consultations with the medical representatives.

  • Preparing visitor coaching plans (based on the analysis of territory data) on a quarterly basis.

  • Preparing visitor plans (sales and bonus) on a quarterly basis.

  • Continuous monitoring of the medical representatives work based on pre-defined goals and plans.

  • Developing and summarizing Territory Action Plans and summarizing results.

  • Cooperation with the representative in organizing and executing events/meetings within their territory.

  • Responsible for training and monitoring the approval process of roundtable events and group presentations based on the currently effective internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in healthcare; Medical Doctor or Pharmacist preferred.

  • Communicative English language skills (certain parts of the interview process will be conducted in English).

  • Min. 4-5 years of experience as a medical representative.

  • Min. 2 years of successful leadership experience.

  • Proficiency in GP diabetology cardiology and nephrology fields is a significant advantage.

  • Local knowledge of the Western and Central Hungarian regions is an advantage.
