Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a busy outpatient clinic in Maryville Tennessee. This role supports both adult and pediatric patients and requires experience in general and internal medicine settings. The ideal candidate is patient-focused organized and comfortable working in both clinic and private physician office environments.

Key Responsibilities

Room patients and obtain vital signs
Assist providers with examinations and procedures
Perform clinical and administrative duties in an outpatient setting
Document patient information accurately using EPIC EMR
Support both adult and pediatric patient populations
Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and patient care standards

Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
BLS certification (current)
Minimum 1 year of hands-on EPIC experience (required)
Experience in adult and pediatric outpatient clinics
Prior experience in private physician office settings
Background in general and internal medicine clinics

Vaccination Requirements (Facility Guidelines)
