As a Locum MD/DO in Emergency Medicine you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical services to patients in urgent need. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient assessment diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients
- Perform thorough patient assessments and diagnosis

- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Participate in continuous medical education and training
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active medical license in the state of practice
- Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program
- Experience in an emergency department setting is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care

Level III trauma
Annual Volume: 55000 patients
32 ED beds
Will not respond to codes
Support Staff: APPs
EMR: Meditech
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
