Role Overview:
We are hiring Branch Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. The role involves end-to-end branch business ownership including sourcing team management portfolio quality and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage branch-level B-LAP business operations
Drive sourcing through DSA in-house sales team and open market
Achieve branch disbursement revenue and profitability targets
Build mentor and manage a high-performing sales team
Ensure portfolio quality credit discipline and compliance
Coordinate with credit legal and operations for timely closures
Strengthen local market presence and branch productivity
Eligibility Criteria:
6–10 years of experience in secured lending
Mandatory experience in Business LAP / LAP / Mortgage loans
