CP&P is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across our three Charlotte-area this role youll oversee technicians at multiple sites coordinate maintenance activities and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently. Youll work with operations safety and quality teams to reduce downtime standardize practices and support preventive maintenance. This role drives continuous improvement and promotes a strong safety culture across all locations.What Youll Do:
Supervise maintenance technicians across three plants
Assign and prioritize work orders to minimize downtime
Ensure consistent maintenance standards and documentation across sites
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause analysis
Coordinate with production safety and quality teams
Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory
Oversee vendor repairs and service contractors as needed
Promote a strong safety culture and enforce compliance
Train coach and evaluate team performance
Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring:
3 years of industrial maintenance experience including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
3 years of industrial maintenance experience including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Experience managing priorities across multiple sites or departments
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities

What You Need:
A high school diploma or GED
Prior supervisory experience in a maintenance role preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer
A valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites

Typical Schedule:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week depending on workload
Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods
Physical Demands:
Standing sitting walking climbing reaching bending/stooping
Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a production environment with exposure to ambient weather and air conditions loud noise dangerous equipment and variable lighting
