Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on various machines and equipment.
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters and other equipment to diagnose issues with mechanical systems.
- Assist in the disassembly and assembly of machinery for inspections and repairs.
- Support the industrial production process by ensuring equipment is functioning optimally.
- Handle piping valves and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with senior maintenance staff to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures.
- Document maintenance activities accurately and keep maintenance logs updated.
- Participate in ongoing training and development related to maintenance practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a similar field.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems and appliances.
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment and machinery maintenance.
- Knowledge of Piping valves and their maintenance is required.
- Ability to utilize various tools including solenoids and voltmeters for maintenance tasks.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with software exception handling related to maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in appliance repair and industrial production processes.
