What We Need

Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and that our patients receive top-notch service. If youre passionate about helping others and excited about our mission we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and greet patients as they enter the clinic
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinics appointment calendar
- Explain fees to patients and handle payments
- Perform data entry in our clinics computer systems
- Describe and process payments for products available for purchase
- Keep patient files up-to-date enter charges and process payments
- Assist chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
-Verify Insurance and billing

- Has customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others
- Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and a history of managing multiple responsibilities effectively
- Possesses superior communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to connect with and motivate people

Position Details

- **Hours:** Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday 8 am-12 pm
- **Compensation:** $16 per hour
- **Benefits/Perks:**
