Job Description

Develop new features for the Coupang Eats app

Design scalable and maintainable Android app architecture

Improve app performance for fast and reliable user experiences

Build reusable common modules and frameworks

Lead projects in close collaboration with Product UX Backend and Mobile teams

Guide team engineers in building high-quality architecture and design

Qualifications

8 years of Android app development experience

Strong understanding of the Android platform and Kotlin

Excellent problem-solving skills

Proactive communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in O2O or e-commerce domains

Experience with Compose Coroutines and unit test development

Understanding of CI and automated development environments

Type of work model

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
