Job Overview:
We are currently seeking 12th pass candidates to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for assisting with the ground operations at the airport ensuring the safe and timely departure and arrival of flights. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and handling their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the check-in process for passengers including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags
- Handle passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely departure of flights
- Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures
- Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to passengers
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times
- Handle any customer service issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and security protocols
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Physical fitness to perform duties such as lifting and moving baggage
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain required airport security clearance.
