Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Airport Ground Staff to join our team at Bluespirit. As a member of our ground handling team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety comfort and satisfaction of all passengers at the airport. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting passengers with check-in procedures and luggage handling - Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules boarding procedures and airport facilities - Conducting security checks and screening of passengers and their baggage - Ensuring the timely and safe loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft - Coordinating with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintaining a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Adhering to all safety and security procedures and regulations at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry or customer service is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
