As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and arrival areas - Check and verify passenger documents and tickets - Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and cancellations - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and timely departure and arrival of flights - Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when needed - Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
