Job Description
Monitoring and auditing calls made by admission counselors.
Share feedback with the team and managers.
Providing employees with relevant Quality Control training- QA training.
Take initiative for process improvement and to improve call quality.
Conduct call-calibrations.
Creating and updating sops.
Conduct training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized
training plans for underperforming salespersons.
Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams.
Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or
sales teams.
Improve training techniques when need to meet the unique demands of cases.
Stayupdated with current market trends and the changing demands of the sales
environment.
End-to-End ownership of Sales teams training requirements (new joiner as well
as refresher training).
Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
Showvisible & measurable impact of training programs.
Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics deploy a wide variety of
training methods.
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness success and ROI
periodically and report on them.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and
techniques into employees work behavior through quality audit / innovative
method.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Proven experience in call quality analysis.
Approachable and vibrant personality.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently prioritize tasks
and meet targets/deadlines.
Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) is preferable.
