Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in expanding Jaskan’s B2B client base driving revenue and building long-term partnerships with corporate industrial and institutional clients. The role involves frequent travel extensive client interaction and a strong understanding of consultative technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial and institutional sectors.
Build maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. Private and Confidential
Prepare and deliver effective client presentations technical demos and proposals.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and solution delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions client meetings and industry networking events.
Support management in government tender applications - from bid identification to document coordination.
Maintain detailed sales reports and client records for review and strategy alignment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Engineering or relevant discipline.
5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in industrial solutions environment tech or engineering sectors.
Proven track record in client acquisition relationship management and revenue generation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
Strong personality - confident persuasive and self-driven under minimal supervision.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings and on-site interactions.
Working knowledge of government and institutional tender processes (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools and strong reporting discipline.
