Senior Sales Executive - Healthcare Solutions
Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for the healthcare industry Do you excel at building relationships understanding market dynamics and exceeding sales targets If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive specializing in Healthcare Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans coordinating direct sales distributor and affiliate sales teams to achieve regional objectives.
- Engage in face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers assessing their needs and proposing tailored product service and solution offerings.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales bids presentations and proposals including conducting effective product demonstrations.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to drive future sales and ensure repeat business.
- Develop account-specific strategies aligned with the regional sales plan to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales/share objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals hospital management and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Implement business strategies into actionable plans setting targets forecasts and conducting regular business reviews.
- Achieve sales plan and profitability objectives for the assigned region.
- Establish and maintain a monitoring system to ensure compliance with sales plans for volume price and value objectives.
- Plan and execute relevant training workshops symposia and conferences in collaboration with marketing and service teams.
- Submit monthly quarterly and annual forecasts in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and exercise financial controls as needed.
- Continuously research and update knowledge of the product portfolio features business landscape and market complexities.
- Prepare for and actively participate in tenders including physical attendance at tender openings when required.
- Liaise with business associates to gather essential end-user information including stock levels and sales prices.
- Support the organization in conducting conferences and events.
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through effective management of customer and business associate relationships and timely sales support.
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for accounts under your responsibility.
- Provide support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Science is required. A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales function.
- Demonstrated understanding of the market including customer/business issues alliances trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent overall communication skills.
- Proficiency in advanced sales techniques and selling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local/regional languages.
- Proven negotiation skills.
