Job Description

The Project

ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel Stage 2 Sydneys third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.

Project scope includes:

  • Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction
  • Civil Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels
  • Surface level work including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support the Senior M&E leadership team and project teams. You will manage calendars organise meetings facilitate travel and assist with onboarding and training. This role also involves maintaining dashboards generating and maintaining Power BI reports managing communications and supporting document control systems like RIBCX Teambinder and SharePoint. Key accountabilities for the position:

  • Manage calendars and appointments for senior leaders
  • Organise meetings training sessions and team briefings
  • Liaise with HR Safety IT and other key departments
  • Maintain dashboards and generate Power BI reports
  • Administer Jira and Confluence access and permissions
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and expense management

Required Skills and Competencies

Capability & Experience

  • Advanced skills in MS Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in construction or engineering highly regarded
  • Jira or database experience desirable
